Your obligations

Understanding your EUDR obligations.

In plain language

Any timber placed on the EU market must come from legally harvested, deforestation-free land (post-Dec 2020). To prove it, you need three things:

  • Geolocation data. Plot-level coordinates for every harvest.
  • Due diligence. Legality and deforestation checks on your supply chain.
  • DDS filed in TRACES. Submitted before the product crosses the EU border.
Deadlines: 30 Dec 2026 (large & medium) · 30 Jun 2027 (micro & small).
